We refund in full through Stripe within two working days. Your bank typically takes another five to ten working days to show it.

Questions
How long do I have to request a refund? +
Fourteen days from the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to show us anything. Email us within that window and we will refund the full amount.
Do I have to have failed a test to get a refund? +
No. Our refund window is not conditional on how you perform in any assessment. Whether you pass or fail a fitness test, interview or assessment centre depends on many things outside a preparation tool's control, so we do not tie your money to that outcome.
Can I still get a refund if I've used the tool? +
Yes. Generating a plan, running the predictor or downloading a report does not void your refund. We would rather you used it properly and decided it wasn't for you than felt unable to try it.
How long does a refund take? +
We process refunds through Stripe within two working days of your request. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further five to ten working days to show the money back in your account.
What happens to my access after a refund? +
Access to the paid tool is removed once the refund is processed. Any plan or report you have already exported as a PDF or calendar file is yours to keep.
Does this affect my statutory rights? +
No. This policy sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, though that right can end once you access digital content. Our policy deliberately gives you the full 14 days regardless.
A note on outcomes
We don't guarantee that you will pass a fitness test, interview or assessment centre. Those outcomes depend on your training, your health on the day, the standard your force applies and a good deal of chance. What we guarantee is that if the tool isn't what you expected, you get your money back within 14 days.
