How the work is done
PolicePay is not part of any police force, the Police Federation, a union or the Home Office. Figures come from published pay scales, regulations and official statistics. Each guide and news item names its sources. Some drafting uses AI writing tools, directed and checked before publishing; our AI use disclosure explains how.
